We order directly from producers in small quantities. Most teas you receive were harvested within the past few months. For seasonal teas like spring greens, we ship within weeks of harvest.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Absolutely. There are no long-term commitments. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us directly.
Do you ship outside Denmark?
Yes. We ship throughout the EU. Shipping costs vary by destination, calculated at checkout. Orders over 500 DKK qualify for reduced shipping rates.
How should I store my tea?
Keep tea away from light, moisture, and strong odors. Our resealable packaging works well for short-term storage. For longer periods, transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place.
